[Lost? He scoffs, but there's humor in it. A hand is shoved into his pocket, the other makes a vague gesture before dropping back at his side.]

[Which makes this sound like an impulse buy, but after having to load Retrospec and his phone taking an unfortunate fall to the pavement, it kind of is necessary.]
I mean, I don't need an eight-hundred dollar phone, if that's what you're thinking. But I've got some saved up, so I can afford something nice -- just not that nice, you know? I'm going to have to...
[He pauses.] I just want something that'll load this stupid app without me having to wait a hundred years.
[cloud's frustration at his phone is blatant. and he really wants a good deal for his brother, his own sales commission be damned. he's not going to sell a super expensive phone to him when one on the cheaper spectrum can do the job.]

Since you're driving your bike a lot and all, it's probably a good idea to invest on a protective case. So no matter how many times it falls out of your pocket or whatever, it'll still be good.

This one's on about 350, after taxes. It's a pretty decent model. [pointing at one, he then turns his attention to another] But for another forty dollars you can get a similar model with a bigger screen. The OS would be more updated, too, and could withstand bigger app files, not to mention it'd have more memory.
[the phone is shiny in how new it is, and its design is slick and modern. perhaps a lot thinner than what cloud's current phone is.]
--I could always just install better system settings with some coding tricks. The camera's real neat, too, 8Mp - f/1.9 for the rear camera, which is-- pretty decent. Dunno how into picture-taking you are. Still.

[He looks over at his little brother, tilting is gaze ever so slightly. Prompto really sounds like he knows what he's talking about, though it's not like he expected anything less.]

[he smiles, honestly pleased to have found something along the lines of what cloud was initially looking for. if he had to be honest, he had been thinking what exactly cloud would like best. it's not like he just guessed! there's been thought put into this!]
